Tips & Substitutions

For a creamier texture, consider adding a bit of ricotta cheese to the mixture. If you don't have frozen spinach, fresh spinach can be used; just sauté it until wilted. Substitute cottage cheese with Greek yogurt for a tangy twist. Keep an eye on the baking time as oven temperatures can vary. This dish also works well with Manicotti Shells for a different presentation.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the Spinach Lasagne with a light side salad and garlic bread for a complete meal. A sprinkle of fresh basil on top enhances the flavors beautifully. This dish pairs wonderfully with a glass of red wine. For a hearty option, consider serving it alongside Italian Roast Beef Sandwich for a satisfying dinner experience.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftover Spinach Lasagne in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. To reheat, cover with foil and warm in the oven at 350°F until heated through, about 20 minutes. For quicker reheating, individual portions can be microwaved for 2-3 minutes on high, ensuring even heating.
