Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. whipped cream cheese
  • 4 oz. egg noodles
  • 1 (15 oz.) can chopped spinach
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 medium chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion in butter until translucent.
  2. Combine the cooked onion with undrained chopped spinach, cooked egg noodles, whipped cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Turn the mixture into a buttered casserole dish.
  4. Bake uncovered at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
