- Preheat the oven and prepare a 9 x 13-inch pan, greasing it lightly.
- Cover the bottom and 1/4-inch of the sides of the pan with crescent rolls.
- Flatten out the crescent rolls and press them against the bottom of the pan to form a flat crust; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, flour, milk, beaten eggs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to make the custard mixture.
- Sprinkle the Swiss cheese slices evenly over the crescent roll crust.
- Add the spinach evenly over the cheese slices.
- Pour the custard mixture over the spinach and cheese layers.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 35 minutes or until set and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
