Ingredients

  • 1 dozen flour tortillas
  • 2 packages chopped spinach, thawed and drained thoroughly
  • 1/2 pound bacon or bacon bits
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 envelope Good Seasons mix

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together well.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on a tortilla.
  3. Roll up the tortilla and wrap it securely.
  4. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  5. Freeze the rolled tortillas.
  6. Once frozen, cut into slices.
  7. Allow slices to thaw slightly before serving.
