- In a large bowl, blend cooked ground beef, condensed Cheddar cheese soup, Worcestershire sauce or prepared mustard, chopped onion, and pepper until thoroughly mixed.
- Spread 1/4 cup of the meat mixture on each split roll half.
- Spread to cover the edges of each roll.
- Place the rolls, meat side up, on a baking dish.
- Broil 4 to 6 inches from the heat for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella cheese and continue broiling until the cheese is melted.
