Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. white or yellow cake mix (1 layer cake like Jiffy)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (very soft)
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 4 c. whipped topping
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts or coconut

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cake mix as directed.
  2. Put in a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until tested done.
  3. Cool cake completely.
