Ingredients

  • 3 yellow squash
  • 3 zucchini squash
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 lb. carrots
  • 1 stick margarine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 dashes garlic powder
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 2 dashes hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Place margarine and carrots in a large skillet and cook until half done.
  2. Add yellow squash, zucchini, onion, bell pepper, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook until vegetables are tender, but do not overcook.
  4. Squeeze juice out of the can of tomatoes.
  5. Add tomatoes and hot sauce to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.
