Ingredients

  • 2 beef top loin steaks
  • 1/2 cup A.1. steak sauce, divided
  • 2 cups sliced onions
  • 2 teaspoons margarine
  • 1/2 cup canned peeled tomatoes, broken up
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook sliced onions in margarine in a medium saucepan until tender.
  2. Add canned peeled tomatoes, 1/4 cup of steak sauce, and red wine vinegar to the onions.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in chopped parsley.
  5. Broil or grill the steaks until desired doneness.
  6. Brush the steaks with remaining steak sauce.
  7. Serve the steaks with the vegetable mixture.
