- Beat the egg in a bowl.
- Mix in ground beef, ground pork, 2/3 cup of barbecue sauce, bread crumbs, chopped parsley, grated onion, chopped garlic, and salt.
- Shape the mixture into six loaves, each about 3/4 cup, measuring approximately 4 x 2 x 1 inches, and place on a jelly-roll pan.
- Top each loaf with about 2 tablespoons of remaining barbecue sauce.
