Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain excess fat.
  2. Combine cooked beef with cream of mushroom soup, milk, diced celery, diced onion, and peanuts in a mixing bowl.
  3. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with extra chow mein noodles.
