Ingredients

  • 4 pkg. frozen spinach
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 c. breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 lb. butter

Instructions

  1. Squeeze and dry the frozen spinach thoroughly.
  2. Melt the butter and chop the small onion finely.
  3. Mix the egg yolks with the spinach, then add all ingredients except the egg whites.
  4. Beat the egg whites until stiff, then fold them into the spinach mixture.
