Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 turnip
  • 1 large cabbage

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook beef until done.
  2. Add diced onion to the beef and cook until translucent.
  3. Cut potatoes into quarters.
  4. Cut carrots and turnip into pieces.
  5. Add potatoes, carrots, and turnip to the pot with the beef and cook until all vegetables are about done.
  6. Cut cabbage into pieces and add on top of the stew.
  7. Cook until the cabbage is tender.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
