Ingredients

  • 3 lb. stew beef
  • 2 large cans tomatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 large cans tomato sauce
  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 carrots
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1 large pkg. egg noodles
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Cook stew beef in water with garlic salt, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and chopped onion until tender.
  2. Add potatoes, carrots, and celery to the stew and cook until vegetables are done.
  3. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
  4. Drain noodles and serve the beef stew on top of the noodles.
