Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can green beans
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 1/2 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can green peas
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and sausage in a large pot. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add diced potatoes, chopped onion, sliced carrots, and Worcestershire sauce to the pot. Cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients: green beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, green peas, kidney beans, garlic salt.
  4. Cook over medium heat until potatoes and carrots are tender and the flavors are well combined.
