Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cooking oil
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped ginger root
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped green onion
  • 1 1/2 pounds clams
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Put cooking oil in a pan and heat.
  2. When the oil is hot, add garlic, ginger root, and green onion and stir for 10 seconds.
  3. Add clams and stir for 5 minutes or until done.
  4. Add soy sauce and sugar and stir for 10 seconds.
  5. Serve while hot.
