  • Ground Pork
  • Spicy Sausage
  • Vegetable Base
  • White Wine
  • Ariosto
  • Tomato
  • Basil
  • Prosciutto end cuts

Instructions

  1. In hot pan, fry carrots, celery, onion
  2. Then add pork and sausage..Brown
  3. Add Vegetable base, Wine and reduce completely
  4. Add Tomatoes and cook
  5. Basil Pieces
  6. In a second pan
  7. Heat oil and butter
  8. add cut up prosciutto till beginning crisp
  9. add green olives
  10. fry
  11. Mix one large sauce spoon for every serving to prosciutto
  12. When combined, add to cooked pasta, and mix with hazel nuts or walnuts?
