- Save 1/2 cup of strawberry juice for the spread. Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients.
- Pour drained strawberries, oil, and eggs into the well.
- Mix well until combined. Add chopped pecans and fold in.
- Pour the batter equally into 2 greased bread pans.
- Bake at 350°F for 40 to 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool before removing from pans and slicing.
