Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups salad oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 (10 oz) packages frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add salad oil and beaten eggs; mix thoroughly.
  3. Stir in thawed strawberries and chopped nuts.
  4. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
