Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped strawberries
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Stir together the flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
  2. Combine the lemon peel, eggs, honey, and vegetable oil.
  3. Stir in the strawberries.
