Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
  • 2 pkg. frozen strawberries (10 oz. each)
  • 1 (13 or 15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Make jello with boiling water.
  2. Add 2 packages of strawberries and stir until thawed.
  3. Add the crushed pineapple, mashed bananas, and pecans.
  4. Mix well and congeal half of the mixture.
  5. Spread sour cream over the congealed mixture and top with the other half.
  6. Congeal again.
