- Dissolve the strawberry Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
- Add 1 cup cold water to the dissolved Jell-O.
- Thaw the strawberries, and dice the bananas.
- Add the diced bananas, thawed strawberries, and crushed pineapple to half of the Jell-O mixture.
- Pour half of this mixture into a mold or glass dish and refrigerate until it gels.
- Leave the remaining mixture at room temperature.
- Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- Beat the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar together until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- When the first layer of Jell-O has gelled, spread the cream mixture over it.
- Chill the dessert until the cream layer is set.
- Carefully spoon the remaining fruit mixture over the set cream layer.
- Return to refrigerator to chill and set before serving.
