Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 16 buns

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet.
  2. Combine mushroom soup, canned mushrooms, mayonnaise, chopped celery, and Cheddar cheese soup in a bowl.
  3. Add the mixture to the browned beef and onion, cook until heated through.
  4. Serve the beef mixture on buns.
