Stromboli Wraps
Flavorful stromboli wraps filled with assorted cheeses, meats, and roasted peppers, perfect for a quick, savory meal or snack for family and friends.
Ingredients
- 4 Zesty Garlic Herb wraps ⓘ
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 6 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese ⓘ
- 4 oz provolone cheese, thinly sliced ⓘ
- 4 oz salami, thinly sliced ⓘ
- 4 oz capicola or ham, thinly sliced ⓘ
- 1/2 cup roasted bell peppers, rinsed and cut into strips
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded ⓘ
- Marinara or pizza sauce, heated ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Lightly spread one side of each wrap with softened butter; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese.
- Arrange one-fourth each of provolone, salami, capicola (or ham), and roasted peppers over the center of each wrap, leaving a border around the edges.
- Sprinkle each wrap with one-fourth of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Roll up each wrap tightly to enclose the fillings.
- Place the wraps seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with heated marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.
