Flavorful stromboli wraps filled with assorted cheeses, meats, and roasted peppers, perfect for a quick, savory meal or snack for family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 4 Zesty Garlic Herb wraps
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 6 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz provolone cheese, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz salami, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz capicola or ham, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup roasted bell peppers, rinsed and cut into strips
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Marinara or pizza sauce, heated

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Lightly spread one side of each wrap with softened butter; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese.
  3. Arrange one-fourth each of provolone, salami, capicola (or ham), and roasted peppers over the center of each wrap, leaving a border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle each wrap with one-fourth of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Roll up each wrap tightly to enclose the fillings.
  6. Place the wraps seam side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm with heated marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.
