Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 to 2 bunches green onions
  • 1 seedless cucumber
  • salt
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 2 slices Bavarian smoked ham
  • 6 to 8 pickles

Instructions

  1. Mix together cream cheese, chopped green onions, grated cucumber, and salt until well combined and spreadable.
  2. Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  4. Arrange hard-boiled egg quarters, tomato cubes, ham strips, and pickle slices on top of the cream cheese layer.
  5. Cover with the other half of the bread and press gently to set.
  6. Slice into servings and serve.
