Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 pound cooked shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (10 oz.) package pie crust
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Saute onion and garlic in butter until golden brown.
  2. Add pepper to the onion mixture.
  3. Cut cooked shrimp into 1/2-inch pieces and add to the onion mixture.
  4. Mix well and cool.
  5. Fill pie crust with the shrimp mixture and form into patties.
  6. Fry the patties in oil until golden brown and cooked through.
