Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Dissolve the bouillon cube in 1/2 cup hot water.
- Split the tenderloin lengthways without cutting all the way through.
- Mix chopped chili peppers, green onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder, herb seasoned stuffing mix, and the bouillon solution together well.
- Stuff the tenderloin with the mixture.
- Wrap the stuffed tenderloin with strips of bacon, securing ends with toothpicks.
- Place in a baking dish and cover tightly with foil.
- Bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours.
- Remove from oven and place on a hot grill.
- Grill for 30 to 40 minutes until cooked through.
- Slice crosswise and serve hot with gravy or dry as desired.
