Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 2 1/2 pounds cabbage
  • 1/2 quart sweet relish
  • 3 cups catsup
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 jar horseradish
  • pork, beef, turkey or combination

Instructions

  1. Cook meat slowly until tender and falls apart.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a slow cooker.
  3. Cook in the slow cooker for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
  4. For best flavor, slow cook overnight if possible.
