Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup cream or milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Italian cheese

Instructions

  1. Saute garlic, ground beef, and ground pork in a pan until cooked.
  2. Stuff the cooked meat mixture into partially cooked large rigatoni pasta.
  3. Layer the stuffed rigatoni in a baking dish and cover with spaghetti sauce.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.
