- Spoon 1 cup of marinara sauce into the bottom of a large roasting pan or 1/2 cup into each of two 2-quart baking pans.
- Reserve the remaining sauce and keep warm.
- Fill each cooked shell with the ricotta and spinach mixture.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in the prepared pans on top of the sauce.
- Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the shells.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan over the top.
