Stuffed Whole Wheat Shells
Hearty stuffed whole wheat shells filled with a savory beef and wheat germ mixture, baked in a creamy mushroom soup sauce with melted cheese for a comforting meal.

- Parboil the whole wheat shells for 8 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and chopped onion until cooked through.
- Add drained chopped olives, wheat germ, grated cheese, and crumbled bread to the beef mixture, stirring to combine.
- Stuff each parboiled shell with the beef mixture and place them in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the stuffed shells.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
