Stuffin Good Pork Chops

Instructions
- Cook onion and celery in margarine in medium size saucepan, until tender.
- Add water, bring to boil.
- Remove from heat and add croutons all at one time, tossing slightly until evenly moistened. Cut pocket in each chop from bone side.
- Fill with crouton mixture.
- Place stuffed chops, flat side down, in a shallow baking pan.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake in oven at 350° for 1 hour or until chops are browned and tender.
