Ingredients

  • zucchini
  • seasoned salt
  • minced onion
  • green pepper
  • tomatoes
  • seasoned bread crumbs
  • shredded sharp cheese

Instructions

  1. Grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice zucchini and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  3. Layer the zucchini slices evenly in the dish.
  4. Add minced onion and sliced green pepper on top of the zucchini layer.
  5. Place sliced tomatoes on top of the vegetables.
  6. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used.
  7. Sprinkle seasoned bread crumbs and shredded sharp cheese over the top.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 45 minutes.
  9. Cover the dish for about 25 minutes during baking.
