Instructions
- Grease a baking dish.
- Slice zucchini and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
- Layer the zucchini slices evenly in the dish.
- Add minced onion and sliced green pepper on top of the zucchini layer.
- Place sliced tomatoes on top of the vegetables.
- Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used.
