Ingredients

  • 1 large box sugar free vanilla pudding
  • 4 bananas
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple in its own juice (drained)
  • 1 small container sugar free whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut

Instructions

  1. Make pudding according to box directions.
  2. Pour pudding into crust and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Slice bananas and spread evenly on top of the pudding.
  4. Mix whipped topping, strawberries, and pineapple in a bowl.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly over the bananas.
  6. Sprinkle flaked coconut on top.
  7. Slice and serve, keeping refrigerated.
