Instructions
- Oil a covered casserole large enough to hold the mixture.
- Combine rice and vegetables in the casserole.
- Pour consomme over the mixture.
- Cover the casserole.
- Put in the oven and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- Remove casserole from the oven.
- Stir gently and return to the oven, uncovered, for about 15 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed.
