No Peek Meatballs are hearty, savory meatballs cooked in rich beef gravy, perfect for family dinners or entertaining guests with minimal effort and maximum flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 2 cans Franco American beef gravy

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the gravy and form into meatballs.
  2. Place the meatballs in a 9 x 12-inch pan and pour the beef gravy over the top.
  3. Cover the pan tightly with foil.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Serve hot.
