Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 lb cheese, grated
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 8 to 10 oz noodles, cooked
  • Chinese noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown beef and chopped onion in butter.
  2. Mix in grated cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine the mixture with cooked noodles.
  4. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
