Ingredients

  • 1 lb. flank steak
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. ginger

Instructions

  1. Place the flank steak in the crockpot.
  2. Mix soy sauce, oil, honey, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture over the steak in the crockpot.
  4. Cook on low for several hours until tender.
  5. Remove the steak, cut into strips, and serve.
