Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a heavy skillet, brown and crumble sausage.
  3. Remove meat and drain well.
  4. Line a greased 9 x 13-inch dish with the crescent roll dough.
  5. Press edges together to seal.
  6. Sprinkle the cooked sausage and grated mozzarella cheese over the dough.
  7. In a bowl, combine the beaten eggs, milk, and pepper.
  8. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and cheese.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting to serve.
