Super Chicken Nachos are cheesy, flavorful, and perfect for sharing at gatherings. Crispy tortilla chips topped with seasoned chicken, beans, olives, onions, salsa, and melted cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 can olives
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • onions
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into small pieces; fry until done.
  2. Warm refried beans in microwave for about 2 minutes.
  3. Slice onions and olives.
  4. Put tortilla chips on a cookie sheet.
  5. Top with refried beans, olives, onions, salsa, and shredded cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F until cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with sour cream.
