Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh fish
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder

Instructions

  1. Put the fresh fish in a microwave-safe dish.
  2. Mix the cream of chicken soup, apple juice, and curry powder together.
  3. Pour the mixture over the fish.
  4. Microwave on High for six to eight minutes until the fish flakes easily.
  5. Alternatively, bake in a 350°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
