- Brown hamburger; drain.
- Add marinara sauce and simmer 20 minutes.
- Boil noodles and have ready.
- Mix cottage cheese, beaten eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and parsley flakes in a small bowl.
- Place half of the noodles in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan; spread half of the cottage cheese mixture over noodles.
- Layer with half of the sliced mozzarella cheese, then half of the meat sauce.
- Repeat layers with remaining noodles, cottage cheese mixture, mozzarella, and meat sauce.
- Add a few slices of mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake at 375°F for about 30 minutes.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
