Tips & Substitutions

For a richer flavor, consider adding sautéed onions and garlic to the meat while browning. You can substitute ricotta cheese for the cottage cheese if preferred. If you're short on time, use no-boil lasagna noodles to streamline the process. Fresh herbs can also enhance the taste, so feel free to add basil or oregano alongside the parsley flakes.

Serving Suggestions

This lasagna pairs beautifully with a simple side salad and garlic bread for a complete meal. A glass of red wine can enhance the flavors beautifully. For a heartier option, consider serving with roasted vegetables or a side of Italian garlic knots. It's perfect for family gatherings or potlucks.

Storage & Reheating

Allow leftovers to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container. Super lasagna can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. To reheat, cover with foil and bake at 350°F until heated through, or microwave individual portions for quicker serving.
