Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 medium size cabbage, shredded
  • 2 or 3 medium carrots, sliced thinly
  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 c. beef broth soup

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and onion in a frying pan.
  2. Drain.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish.
  4. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
