Ingredients
- 1 lb. lasagna noodles ⓘ
- 2 lb. hamburger ⓘ
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1 medium onion ⓘ
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning ⓘ
- 1 large can tomatoes ⓘ
- 1 large can water ⓘ
- 1 large can tomato paste ⓘ
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup ⓘ
- 1 can Parmesan cheese ⓘ
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened ⓘ
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded ⓘ
Instructions
- Brown hamburger with chopped onion, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning in a large skillet.
- Add tomato paste, canned tomatoes, water, and cream of mushroom soup to the meat mixture.
- Let the sauce simmer for at least 1 hour to develop flavors.
- While the sauce simmers, shred the frozen cream cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
- Layer cooked noodles, meat sauce, and cheeses in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, repeating until all ingredients are used.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
