Ingredients

  • 2 (16 oz.) cans sweet corn
  • 1 small onion
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 6 pieces fried bacon
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion in butter until translucent.
  2. Stir in flour and cook until dissolved into the butter.
  3. Add sour cream and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  4. Mix in drained sweet corn and half of the crumbled bacon, then pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  5. Top with remaining bacon and bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
