Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. cubed Swiss cheese
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Chop the hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Mix the cubed Swiss cheese and chopped eggs in a bowl.
  3. Combine sour cream, mustard, horseradish, salt, pepper, and ground cumin to make the dressing.
  4. Fold the dressing into the cheese and egg mixture until well combined.
  5. Refrigerate the salad for 1 hour to chill and meld flavors.
