Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 large head lettuce, shredded
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 c. taco chips, broken
  • 1/4 c. black olives, sliced
  • 1 c. prepared Hidden Valley Ranch dressing original buttermilk
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef with chili powder in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Drain excess fat from the cooked beef.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef with shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, broken taco chips, sliced black olives, and prepared Ranch dressing.
  4. Garnish the salad with sliced avocado and unbroken taco chips before serving.
