Instructions
- Cook the ground turkey or veal until browned.
- Mix the cooked meat with water and taco seasoning mix.
- Cook the mixture until it thickens.
- Pour the meat mixture into a 10-inch pie pan or oblong casserole sprayed with Pam.
- Layer all but the last three ingredients (tomato, onion, green pepper) over the meat layer.
- Mix the last three ingredients (tomato, onion, green pepper) with the grated Cheddar cheese, self-rising flour, skim milk, and egg whites.
- Pour this mixture over the casserole.
- Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
