Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 cups cooked noodles
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream-style corn

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger and chopped onion in a skillet.
  2. Drain the grease, then add tomato soup, cooked noodles, cream-style corn, mushrooms, and half of the grated Cheddar cheese. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a 2-quart casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining Cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake in a 400°F oven for 30 minutes.
