Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 10 oz. small noodles
  • 3 c. tomatoes
  • 8 oz. cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a pan with chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, and minced garlic.
  2. Add small noodles and chopped tomatoes to the beef mixture.
  3. Simmer for 20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Top with cheese and simmer for about 10 minutes more or until cheese melts.
