Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup boiling milk
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 16 ounces milk chocolate

Instructions

  1. Beat together eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
  2. Add flour, butter, baking powder, and boiling milk; mix until smooth to form a thin cake batter.
  3. Pour the batter into a large greased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 to 25 minutes until cooked through.
  5. While the cake is hot, spread peanut butter evenly over the surface.
  6. Allow the cake to cool and the peanut butter to harden in the refrigerator.
  7. Melt the milk chocolate and spread it over the peanut butter layer.
  8. Refrigerate until the chocolate is hardened before serving.
